Promote organic agriculture, sustainable agriculture, food consumption and chemical-free natural products, self-reliance alternative energy.

The past projects and activities of the Media Center for Development Foundation are well known. successful create benefits for society.

1. Journal of Natural Agriculture Natural Agriculture Journal (1998-2018)

is a monthly journal. The only issue in Thailand that focuses on organic agriculture, natural agriculture food and natural products, agricultural innovation and appropriate technology, self-sufficiency, alternative energy.

It is a journal with a lot followers and won green globe institute award as an outstanding media that promotes the environment.

2. Recycle Paper for Trees Project (1994-2014)

It is an environmental campaign project in Bangkok and its vicinity. Encourage offices and homes separate used paper scraps to be recycled is recycled paper in order to reduce the amount of waste save tree life by the project to collect waste paper from the donor members Sent for recycling in a paper mill. Proceeds from the sale of paper go to support community reforestation activities.

  • Over 20 years running the Paper for Tree project, more than 6,023 tons of paper can be recycled.

3.Organic Urban Farm Project (2010 – Present)

It is a project that campaigns to encourage people in the city. (Bangkok and suburb area) turned to organic farming and produce quality safe food, self-consumption in the family and community. Such as growing vegetables in the kitchen garden Raising hens, growing rice, cultivating mushrooms to reduce the consumption of food contaminated with chemicals. Creating a good environment in the house and increases the green edible space in the urban area by creating a prototype area “Grandpa Urban Farm”

4.Natural products Training Program

Media Center for Development Foundation is a pioneer and an expert in training for making natural products, chemicals such as natural soaps, natural shampoos, herbal toothpaste, cold pressed vegetable oils such as virgin coconut oil. essential oil extraction.

The Foundation has developed a training course to encourage people to become self-reliant, reduce income, reduce the risk of chemical contaminants in products from their daily lives.
